About (request update)

What makes me special is nothing that I've done, because I've not done anything great YET! It's not because of how smart, or how pretty I am that makes me special. As well as my parents raised me I can't say I'm special because I live up to any ultra high moral, or ethical values. I've made so many mistakes I couldn't count them if I tried, and God knows all of them weren't made innocently. So you're probably saying to yourself, huh, you don't sound special at all, and if I was reading this I'm sure that I'd have to agree with you. But don't you see, that's exactly what makes me special, I know who I am. I'm nothing all alone, but with Christ leading me I can stand up and be the woman, that creative, talented, beautiful black woman that God created me to be. He is what makes me special, and as long as I remember that I'll never fail!

Life & Professional Aspirations:

I've been a registered nurse since 1992. I've always loved caring for others, but with liability as high as it is nursing has become more of a CYA than caring for others which bugs me. With my creative side screaming to get out (and be seen, and heard), I felt like it was a perfect time to step out of the boat and try to walk on water. What do you know, I'm really good at filmmaking. Not just good I'm exceptionally good, and it's all thanks to God! He's the one that created me in His image with all the talent and skill I needed to succeed. So here I am just waiting to graduate so I can embark on my new career. Thank God!

I don't really have any. I was skinny, geeky, and not very cute which made me one of the undesirables. So I'd have to say graduating was the best one!
