Brandon J. Shipman is a 2011 graduate of the Morehouse College and Columbia University Combined Plan Engineering Program with a BS in Physics, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and minors in Spanish and Mathematics. He is currently a Mechanical Engineer/Drafter/Designer in New Jersey and a registered Engineer-In-Training in New York state. Brandon is also a part time Mathematics and Physics tutor through KnowledgeRountable.com and in the process of creating his own tutoring company called Graduation Party Tutoring (or GP Tutoring).
Outside of Corporate America, Mr. Shipman is also an internet personality/rap artist, aka BShip Grady, who started a bi-monthly Hip Hop world news broadcast called Black Fox Newz (BFN) that uses rhymes and rap lyrics to report current events. The broadcasts can be found on YouTube at BShipGradyTV or Shot97 (ran by infamous radio personalities Star and Buckwild). The BFN content can also be found on facebook.com/blackfoxnewz along with other news stories, intellectual pieces, event notifications, videos, scholarships, and music.
Brandon continues to grow and strive to fulfill his potential as a young Black male from the impoverished side of Jersey City, NJ living in contemporary America. While battling with student loans and searching for wealth-building salaries, Brandon Shipman still has aspirations that will contribute to the well being of his family, community, country, and hopefully the world. He wants to be an independent Hip Hop artist while starting a record label that can produce his music and the music of others who promote artistry, unity, and positive change; a Computer Aided Design (CAD) company to capitalize on the corporate American business trend in the technology sector; a tutoring company that can address the educational needs of Tri-State ghettos;, and a non-profit that can spread Children Defense Fund's Freedom School Reading Program across northern New Jersey. One of his favorite quotes is by Michael Jordan: "If you accept the expectations of other, especially negative expectations, you will not be able to control the outcome [of any situation]".

Well, let's see.....the Tarrazu parties that my homie Mac used to throw were mad fun. They are actually the least memorable moments, if you know what I mean. But this moment would have to be when I made the decision to get out of the matrix (again, corporate america).
