Claim To Fame:
My claim to fame is coming to college and making a name for my self as an established athlete and a famous fashion designer. Running track and being very good at it has given me a very good reputation. Surprisingly, I didn't arrive to school with any scholarship, so I am still in the process of getting one. I realize that I have to earn it and I am using track and field to do that. In the 2008 olympics, I hope to be a participant in the long jump and possibly the 4x400 m. This is just one of my goals while attending school. Also, with my determination I hope to be one of the most highly achieved students before I graduate. Earning a internship with one of the most high end fashion labels in the world ( Michael Kors, Calvin Klien, BabyPhat...). Hopefully, that will give me the experience and the money to finance my own fashion label.
Most Memorable Moment:
So far, the most memerable event I been to was the greek step show at South Carolina state. Coming from Jamaica, I knew nothing about greek life. It was quite an experience seeing Omega Psi Phi and Alpha Kappa Alpha (just to name a few) stepping on stage. This event is taken very seriously by the greeks and alot of work is put into it. No doubt, I hope to be apart of that before I graduate college.
