I'm 23 yr old beautiful,intelligent, African-American female who attends Wilson Community College as a Business Administration major.I was born & raised in Wilson, North Carolina.(Wide-awake,baby!) Anyways, I've been through my share of storms & plenty of rain but I did not give up! If it wasn't for Jesus I wouldn't be the person you see today.I feel as if I'm superwoman & he ain't done with me yet! I'm sweet yet so real, down-to earth, laid-back, hood chick. Just cause I'm from the hood doesn't mean I have to act that way all the time. A real woman knows how to be sophisticated & classy at all times but that doesn't mean the hood don't come out sometimes & I don't forget where I came from either like most people do. Lastly, poetry is my therapy so through all my struggles I wrote poems & short stories to relieve my stress & I believe I have a story to tell as does everybody, that my words will reach someone to change their life , touch someone's life or at least make them want to be a better person.

What are you goals, dreams, & ambitions as young African-American male or female in the world today?

I'm currently into...Business, Fashion, Early Childhood, Writing Poetry & Short Stories, Music, & Reading Books
Life & Professional Aspirations:
To someday be a mogul & own many businesses such as my own clothing boutique then maybe create a clothing line, open up a restaurant w/a variety of different foods, a lyric cafe for aspiring poets, a day center for infants & toddlers, young kids from ages 5-12 ;an after-school youth center, a teen hangout for ages 13-19 to help teens stay out of trouble, & maybe publish my poetry & short stories for the world to read! But of course, not all at the same time! Slowly but surely! With God, patience, education, & dedication I will succeed!
