What do you wish you would have known when you first entered the workforce?

Current Whereabouts:

I want African American young people to be better prepared to overcome every obstacle within their work experiences and throughout their careers. To that end I offer "personal polish"; I share secrets "we" often have to learn the hard way. Secrets that give us the advantage in business, and oftentimes distinguishes us from the competition.
