Claim To Fame:

not only am i going to be finally living my dreams as a sports journalist after college,but i am also going to start my OWN sports mag for basketball fanatics like me! i dont care about being famous, i just want to live my dream..

Most Memorable Moment:

I played basketball all 4 yrs at my high school and I will never forget my last game in Santa Rita's H.S. Gym. It was Feb '07,my senior year, last home game, and game of the season.We struggled that year with no mercy and it wasn't any easier being the captain of a team of underdogs either. We were going against Cholla H.S. which is who we lost against earlier in the season. The game was back and forth through every quarter, then in the forth quarter we pulled ahead by six with three seconds left. We had it in the bag. We ran a full court press and i was the right wing facing the home basket; Cholla's ball. Right before the ref threw the ball in i remember taking one last glance at my team. I got a flashback of the hell and high water i went through for 4 straight years on this team that was tough but made me a better person with life long lessons to take. Something about that glance i took at those last seconds that stuck in my mind. It was like a closing chapter in my life, getting ready to start a new one. I grew stonger, tougher, wiser, and more understanding...**BUUZZZZZ**... we won the game.
