I was born and raised in Dublin, GA by my grandmother. I have one brother. I graduated in 2010 as a Honor Graduate from Dublin High School. I have been a member of the 2010 Laurens Youth Leadership class, the 2010 Citizen's Bank Student Advisory Council, and the Leon Benjamin Myers' Community Choir. I have served in capacity as Beta Club President for the DHS Chapter, Drum Major of the Dublin Fighting Irish Marching Band, and National Society of High School Scholars member.

Some of my accomplishments include: Dublin Lions' Club Youth of the Year 2010 (First African American Winner); John Phillip Sousa Award; UGA Merit Scholar; Most Likely To Succeed; Rotary Club Student of the Quarter; A host of scholarship honors and personal achievements.

GOD is the head of my life. He leads I follow. Through him all is possible.
My Interview Question
How will you leave your mark in this world?
Current Whereabouts:
I am a recent graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in American Government and a minor in Leadership Studies. I will be attending Duke University School of Law in the fall. I plan to be a corporate/regulatory lawyer.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
After law school I want to practice litigation in the public or private sector or lobby. After I have earned a high level of credibility. I want to open my own law firm and practice litigation or work as an attorney for the state along with opening a number of businesses. I also want to enter the arena of public service in such capacities as mayor, governor, senator, and maybe even president.

Undergrad Major: Political Science
Claim To Fame:
I served as a two-term President Pro-Tempore of the Morehouse College Student Government Association Senate. During the United States Student Association Conference in Washington, D.C. I spoke about the National Budget and its correlation to student aid. As a student who receives a considerable amount of aid, it is imperative that Congress continues to support Federal Student Aid programs so that students whose parents are unable to fund their education, have the same opportunity to succeed. The interview was aired in Atlanta on WSBTV news.
Most Memorable Moment:
I took my first flight in college. I spent some of the most interesting moments with my good brothers. The moments we shared will never be forgotten.

Best Memories:
My sophomore year, which was my first year as drum major, I got to conduct our band in the semifinal round of the 2AA GHSA Football Championships at the Georgia Dome. I was on television.
