My name is Kewanna Lenise Hill. I am 17 years old. I attend Renaissance High School. I attend Mt Hebron Missionary Baptist Church. My mother died when I was 13 years old. She is my role model and I want to follow in her footsteps. Me died a couple days before she was scheduled to walk across the stage with her Master' degree in Education. I would like to obtain my Master's degree and live on to see my children also be successful. So I would like to pick up where my mom left off and continue on!

Current Whereabouts:

I am currently into getting money for college. I am looking for any scholarships that I can get.

Life & Professional Aspirations:

As of right now I am a senior at Renaissance High School. After I graduate from Renaissance High I plan to attend Eastern Michigan University with my focus on forensic science. I would also like to go back and get my Mastor's Degree in crimal justice/ forensic science. In addition to my forensic science dream I also see myself as a successful entrepreneur, owning my own hair salon. I will work hard and follow my dreams.

High School: Renaissance High School in Detroit, MI class of 2009

Activities & Accomplishments:

I am in People to People Student Ambasador Program and I've traveled to Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, and UK.

Best Memories:

My best High School memory is when I doubted rather or not a had a 3.0 in which I had to keep in order to get my scholarship. I had been praying for weeks and weeks. My teacher handed me my report card and I had that 3.0 and I was so excited.
