Jennifer founded EnMasse, LLC an event planning and fundraising consulting firm in 2006 under the premise that all successful business ventures are in collaboration with, in partnership with or in conjunction with other like minded entities. She has more than eight years experience in resource development, fundraising, event planning and nonprofit management. Jennifer has helped raise over $10 million for youth and health-related causes. Her educational background includes an MBA from Clark Atlanta University and a BS degree in business management from North Carolina A&T State University, and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She enjoys serving as a volunteer for numerous nonprofit organizations and is the board chair for a start-up nonprofit called My Brother's and Sister's Restoration and a general board member for Sporty Girls, Inc. Her professional affiliations include the National Association of Black Female Executives is Music and Entertainment (NABFEME), National Black MBA Association, S.I.F.E. Alumni Member, Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the NCA&T Atlanta Alumni Chapter. Jennifer is the proud aunt of two nephews and one niece. Additionally, in her spare time, she mentors a high school-aged girl through the Cool Sisters mentoring program.
