Biography:
Yolanda Presley is the youngest of six siblings, born and raised in Leesburg by her lovely mother, Lillie M. Greene. She graduated from Leesburg High School in 1989 and matriculated at Bethune-Cookman College to complete her B.S. Degree in Business Administration, graduating cumlaude in 1993. She earned her Masters Degree in Management with a concentration in Leadership, from Troy University, in 2007. She was awarded her Doctorate in Ministry by Friends International Christian University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Religious Studies & Philosophy. She has an extensive twelve year background in credit counseling, financial empowerment and mortgage financing. She now serves as the Housing Manager for the City of Leesburg, where she is a HUD certified credit counselor. Yolanda is also a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker. She currently sits on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity and is a member of the National Association of Women Professionals.
Yolanda accepted Christ into her life in 1989. It was not until 1996 that she accepted the call into ministry. She graduated from Citadel of Hope’s School of Ministry and was ordained into the office of a teacher in 1998. She has spent the last five years conducting leadership & employee trainings, financial and credit workshops for corporations, churches, and other non-profit organizations. Yolanda is also an author, writer, entrepreneur, dream coach, inspirational and motivational speaker and business consultant. She hosts “Morning Mocha w/Pastor Yolanda” where she spends time pouring into women and helping them to discover who God predestined them to be. Her new book release, “Surviving the Struggle, Having a Faith that Won’t Quit” has inspired so many to use their past failures as a motivator to push them into purpose. She was featured on WTGL TV 45, to share her passion to educate and empower God’s people. That same zeal comes forth through her inspirational and purpose provoking articles, published in Inspired Women Magazine, Glow Magazine and Vision Magazine. You can now catch Yolanda on 1680 AM, radio program where she inspires women to use the pains of their past to fulfill their divine purpose.
Yolanda has also implemented a new initiative for her local high school entitled: Operation Hope: Think Big Dream Bigger. The mission is to create a learning environment which includes tutoring, mentoring, leadership and life skills training, to those students who are having academic achievement, behavioral and/or socio-economic challenges in their lives. She is taking this initiative from county to county speaking life and encouraging the students to Dream Beyond their Means. This program, along with the Dream Center Basketball School, is offered through her family’s non-profit organization, Presley Restoration Center.
Yolanda is married to Pastor James Presley and together they have two beautiful children, Shakinah and Malachi Presley. They are the owners of Presley & Presley, LLC & Presley and founders of Presley Restoration Center. She and her husband recently ended their five year stint as Youth Pastors at Citadel of Hope, under the leadership of Apostle Dannie L. Williams, in Leesburg, Florida. There she is the hosted a youth talk show entitled: Keeping it Real. She is anointed to teach and preach the uncompromising word of God, bringing healing and hope to a hurting and hopeless generation. She is committed to using her gifts, talents and resources to help advance the Kingdom of God and economically empower God’s people. She has a passion to minister to hurting women and teens to push them out of complacency into God’s divine purpose for their lives.
