I consider myself to be a lifetime student. I didn't go to a HBCU, but my daughter currently does. I have been a single parent for 19 years and living on my own since the day I turned 16. I finished my high school education and payed my way through trade school and then college while working and raising my child. I am still finalizing my degree, and it has taken many years and many majors. I have an Associates in General Studies, and a Medical Assistant diploma, and will hopefully obtain double Bachelor Degrees - one in Integrative Therapeutic Practices, and one in Nutrition - sometime in 2010/11. I am always searching for ways to better myself and better my experiences on this planet.

Do you see life as an act of Service....or do you see it as an oportunity to be Served?
Current Whereabouts:
Alternative Medicine/Therapy - Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Herbal Medicine. Soap Making, Candle Making, Business, Politics.
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I am working on a Degree in Alternative Therapeutic Practices and Nutrition. I plan to get certified in Aromatherapy in 2010. I am building a natural/organic skin care business, while I continue to be educated in Holistic Medicine practices. I hope to one day be a Holistic Practioner, though I am not sure yet to what level. As God leads me and open doors, I will continue to follow.

My involvement in sports, music and drama club were full of my best memories.. To many to name here.
