	Nila Nila, How are you doing? Whats new for you? I just returned home from Vancouver Island. i went there for a weekend of Ceremony and prayers in the Indigenous community there. We had a pipe ceremony, a house blessing and a sweat lodge ceremony. Have you heard of any of these.
