My name is Thelma L.Howard. I attended Mississippi Valley State University from 1979 - 1984. I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. I presently live in Elgin, Tx (just 20 miles East of Austin). I have been living in Texas for 23 years and love living here!!. I'am a long time State employee.

How often have you gone back to the college you attended?
Life & Professional Aspirations:
I'am proud to say that I have received Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior on December 16, 1990!. I'am a Licensed Minister of the Gospel and not ashamed of the word of God!!!. My most memorable moments were cooking full meals on a "HOT PLATE" !!!!!. in our dorm rooms and sometime out in the hall!!!!
