Greetings Sister, let me be the first to answer that question since I happen to be a New Orleans resident. With so many things happening in New Orleans I can guarantee you will never be bored (LOL). You can ride on the ferry boats, shop the Riverwalk and Canal Place malls, and sample our gumbo. Also, be sure to purchase your tickets to our annual Essence Music Festival which will be held July 4th weekend featuring Frankie Beverly and Maze, Mary J.
