What book have you read that changed your life?
""Learned Optimism" Martin Seligman My passion in life is to inspire people to live their best life. I never wanted to motivate people to pursue their dreams while lying to themselves secretly about the reality of their situation. I desired to share information with people to help them break the grip of depression, better develop their potential and experience real happiness. This book helped me identify a set of new cognitive skills to teach people who suffer from what I call "Possibility Blindness" & Zig Ziglar would call "Stinkin Thinkin". I recently launched my new book "When Things Go Wrong, Don't Go With Them: Key's to staying focused and distraction free" to provide people with the tools I learned to live a great life. I want to help people stay in the game no matter what happens to them. I highly recommend the book to all those who want to experience real change. " Interviewed by Pam Perry 09/11/08
