Born on the Gulf Coast of MS in Gulfport, Mississippi. Currently live on the coast in Pass Chrisitan, MS.
Sold insurance for State Farm,Firefighter for 6 yrs in Pass Christian, part time personal trainer for Navy Sea bees, wrote first and had first book of poetry published(Living Art: The Spirit of Wisdom),Became full time Head Trainer at Naval Base, now Fitness Coordinator, creator of Exodus-community outreach to train kids how to create and implement their own social programs in their own neignborhoods and MS Fit Iniative, on Board of Directors for the Center Black Studies at USM and Community Liason for the Center. Starting novel in '09.

Hosting one of the best house parties on the Coast that is still talked about to this day!
