Do you know what it means to be SAVED?
"Being saved is another word for being "rescued". In a biblical sense, it means not having to participate in eternal damnation. It's when one is saved from the fire and once accepting Christ as savior, acknowledging a need to have Him as head (lordship), then we receive an invitation that assures us of eternal life with God. Being saved guarantees us such benefits as being reunited with deceased loved ones. Also according to scripture, we'll receive new bodies. Ones that'll grant us a Superman like qualities making us not able to get sick, feel pain or die. Thus being more Christlike. Being saved is the foundation to becoming Christlike and a citizen of heaven and a recipient of heavenly benefits. "
