Headquarters
A 10-week paid summer internship in either our undergraduate or MBA program at Target headquarters in Minneapolis, MN will let you:

Work with a team to analyze and develop company strategies.
Complete projects with a business impact and present results to leadership.
Learn what it would be like to work at Target full-time after graduation.
Attend various networking events such as development workshops and trainings, networking opportunities with peer and executive level team members, a volunteer event and optional events (past events included a boat cruise and Minneapolis scavenger hunt).
Receive relocation and housing assistance for those who qualify.

Stores
A 10-week paid internship at a Target store or Target Pharmacy will let you:

Familiarize yourself with all areas of a store, including Assets Protection, Guest Service, Sales Floor, Replenishment, Logistics, Human Resources and Pharmacy, while receiving hands-on training in your area.
Take on a special project that will allow you to focus on a specific area of the store.
Work closely with members of the store’s leadership team and with store team and pharmacy team members.
Gain a significant understanding of Target Stores or Target Pharmacies.

Supply Chain/Logistics
A 12-week paid summer internship program at a Target Distribution Center will let you:

Enhance your knowledge of distribution operations through a comprehensive training program.
Learn the workings of the Target supply chain network and its leadership team.
Evaluate existing operating methods and help motivate continuous improvement.
Develop your leadership skills and lay the groundwork for a career at Target.
