Qualifications / Requirements: Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Organizational Development along with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR experience, including 2 or more years of recent experience in this specialty area. Along with your strong analytic and strategic problem-solving capabilities, you need particularly effective communication skills to deal with conflicting views. Proficiency with MS applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel are essential.
