Are You Suffering In Silence But Smiling In Public?

Are You Suffering In Silence But Smiling In Public?
Posted By: Chris Gloss on December 21, 2008

I know this season is a very difficult time for many people we love.Rising number of foreclosures and the job loss numbers are causing people to suffer in silence and smile through the Christmas season.

Depression is always on the rise during the holidays and unfortunately there will some that will make a permanent decision for a very temporary situation.

Depression affects approximately 19 million Americans, or
9.5% of the population in any given one-year period. It
also causes great difficulty for their family and friends who
often do not know how to help. Women are affected by
depression almost twice as much as men.

Here is what a good friend shared with me today:

"Sometimes you need your world turned
Upside down...to get back on top"

I'm doing a very special call Monday night at 7:30 EST to not only encourage people through this time
of year but also give some practical things to do
to overcome depression and live in victory.

Some of the things I will cover:

*Recognizing signs of depression

*How to rid yourself of whatever you don't want
in your life

*Master key to creating lasting change in your life

*The foundation for living a focused life

*Unlocking the force of discipline to crush the attacks
against your joy

*The answer to "What to do" when "You don't know
What to do"

*Protecting your personal happiness in not an option or negotiable

*Recognizing "who" you don't need in your life during
Challenging times

*What to do when people want to walk out of your life

I will not hold anything back from you on this call! If you or someone you know is having a tough time this season please Don't miss this opportunity!

This call is free but you must register for this call!

I only want people on this call who really want to make
some changes in their lives. Click the link to register and
get the call in details.
