Posted By: Siebra Muhammad on January 22, 2009 A 12-year-old girl hasn’t been seen since she was walking to her bus stop Wednesday. COLUMBUS, Ohio—Columbus police continued to look for a 12-year-old girl who was seen last on Wednesday. Porchia N. Manns was seen last walking to her school-bus stop at McDowell and Rich streets right outside of Downtown. She was wearing a white jacket with a fur hood, purple shirt, khaki pants and was carrying a black book bag. Portia is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 105 pounds.
