Delta... Disappointed

Posted By: Mi Mi on July 05, 2005 This weekend I was hangin' out with some of my old high skool buddies. To my shock this one girl had on a Delta Shirt. So I introduced myself and why oh why did this gilr not know anything. Not the handshake, nothin! I was furious! I started to rip that shirt right off her back. And now that I think about it I don't even think she was a Delta at all!!! I think maybe she just wanted to try 2 show that she has done something since high skool. But I guess she hasn't since all she can do is pretend to be somethig that she is not and hopefully never will be. Honestly, you should've beat the $*@# out of her. It takes a lot of hard work to get into a sorrority or fraternity, so anyone disrespecting them needs to be punished. But most of all, how are you going to disrespect one of the Divine Nine???

Maybe I shouldn't comment since I'm not in a sorority...yet, but I have family members that are and they give me things such as T-Shirts, pens, backpacks, pictures,etc. Maybe she wasn't tryin to be disrespectful, maybe she admires Delta and wanted to show it. I wear the things my family members give me b/c their someone I admire. I am not trying to perpetray anthing. Maybe, just maybe you misunderstood her attentions. Or maybe she didn't think it was offensive.
