From the beginning of time "God" has blessed each and everyone of us with some kind of skill in which too work with or help create. There was no schools around back then too teach, the education was built within each indivisual and assign too what ever task one was good at. I say make change with some high standard policies in geting a job. Combine the old with new, in other words let those with out High school or colledge education get jobs that"Our heavenly father" blessed with the same knowledge a long with those who are educated. After all!, geting a job and doing it the right way is all that matters isn't it. And it wouldn't hurt too train those who wants too learn and work. Stop fighting over who is well fit for a job. Among every human being that lives on this earth, there always going too be some who is willing too work and those who will not. I say focus on the ones who does for now.
