Posted By: Cheryl Hendrix on February 21, 2009 Isn't it funny when we are face to face to the enemy everything we know to do to get ourselves out of situations we seem to forget what we were taught to do? I know the main objective of the adversary is to get our minds off of Christ. So why do we become so overwhelmed with fear, I mean to the point where we become paralyzed and complacent in our situation and even in the situations we made ourselves? We are told to pray our way out, praise your way out and to stand until something opens up for us. But what do you do when nothing happens? Have you ever thought about what it takes to praise God when you are in the mist of your situation? Have you ever known that something may not open up for you? Well first know this......it's not your fault. Know that the enemy displays tactics that will make you feel guilty, to the point where you think you can never be forgiven. First he has to isolate you, making you feel as if you are the only one going through the one situation (no one else has ever experienced) therefore you will not be able to talk with anyone about it. Know this: For we wrestle not with flesh and blood, but against principalities against power, against the rulers of the darkness of this world against spiritual wickedness in high places (Eph. 6:12). Prior to this scripture we are told: Which he wrought in Christ, when he raise him from the dead and set him at his won right hand in heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion and every name that is named, not only in this world but also in the world to come.
