Posted By: Jehan Bunch on April 02, 2009 Department of Mass Communications Presents Mass Comm Day Conference, Mentor-Matching & Career Fair '09 Thursday, April 16, 2009 Conference-8:00AM-6PM Career Fair-Noon-4PM Free to all participants Bank of America Building Delaware State University's Department of Mass Communications will host its annual “Mass Comm Day Conference & Career Fair" The Mass Comm Career Fair, the first of its kind at the University will bring together collegians and prospective employers for internships, cooperative education and other opportunities. DSU Mass Comm students study Public Relations, Print Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, Radio/ Audio Production & Television Production. To encourage participation and assist in these challenging economic times, the cost of participation is Free to all participants. Mentors are also invited to be matched with collegians in order to help them navigate and better understand the nuances of professionalism in the wonderful world of work. Lunch- Mentors and employers are encouraged to join informally with students for lunch at the campus 'Village Cafe' for the bargain price of $5.50 for all you can eat. Guests pay for their own meals.
