U just couldn't go to school lookin any kinda way. Girls kept a fresh fit, nails, hair always done. tha hommies kept a clean cut, we had stay lookin good to pull tha ladies. Is it like that in college? I wouldn't think so because some ppl live on campus and want dress comfortable. now of cousre u gotta keep ur hair done and keep a fresh cut. But do ppl be going to class in a white t and some basketball shorts. Is there somthin wrong with that in college. U know flip flops. Because i only plan to rock my fits when i go out. You don't have to look GQ to get a good rep. Just be good to people, and they'll talk about you. I've rarely dressed up, and people just talk about me. They know me and all. But next semester, I'm dressing up a lot...I gotta grow out of t-shirts and jeans. People in college don't too much care about dress code. They go to class in anything...ANYTHING. I pretty much wear t-shirts and jeans. I'll still be wearing that...but I'll be dressed every once and a while... Wednesday, July 13th 2005 at 12:34PM |

You right you do not have to be GQ to have a good rep. On days I dress like Whoa and on others its just like ok where you think you going at and I had one of the best reps in my school. So it is not all about the clothes it's about how you wear it and what kind of person you are.

You most def don't have to be GQ to get a good rep in college. Especially if you have an early class. Nobody wants to get up extra ealry to get all dressed up just to see everybody else in your class is rocking white tees and sweats.

Yeah i agree with Darryl and ashley cause if you got like 8 oclock classes then there aint no need to try to dress up i mean its the morning time aint no girl going to be looking at you at 8 in the morning for appearance and if she is shes going to be looking at you for you not the way you dress at 8 oclock in the morning. yeah it's not that serious, I was told the first year or pretty much the first semester since it's a new year everyone will look there best but after that it's like whatever but if you are comfortable and have confidence in your-self as well as your game it shouldn't matter what you have on.. You shouls be able to spit your game or whatever wearing whatever. But it's a good topic i was wondering the same thing!!
