A COUPLE OF BOXES: A COMEDY 04.14.2009 Memphis, TN A Memphis woman may be hauled off to sentencing after she went trash hunting to finding a box loaded with applications of employment from a Millington-Bartlett resturant's dumpster. Ashley Johnson was simply looking for a couple of moving boxes when she stumbled on employment applications with social security numbers, addresses and telephone numbers. A perfect way to buy things for her new residence; and not having to deal with paying it back. The suspect Miss Johnson racked up! Filing for credit cards and gift cards using the applicants names. But too much greed led her to put down the free spree. She was caught trying to use one of the stolen identity cards at a local mall's store and was arrested. The owner of MacAllister's Resturant says they couldn't understand how that happen, and usually they shred up applications not selected for hire. When asked who's to blame? I'd say the answer is the it's "just the two of them." Neither of the two are laughing now...but I shook my head and smiled a bit. LOOK TWICE BEFORE YOU ACT : A MYSTERY A Mississippi casino employee took a look at woman playing at a table, but then she look twice for it led to an arrested of a woman suspected as "The Nice Lady". This lady preyed on the elderly asking for assistance as to using their telephone, and greeting her way into their homes to steal from them. She also would take their credit cards and wallets and make purchases. When she finished preying on them she would disappear like a mystery. No one knew anything about her. It's all a mystery why she decided to enter the casino to play a couple of games, it was a double take by the employee that took her down. The casino employee watching closely called the police Crime Stoppers and turned the woman in. The employee stated that she recogonized her from the local posting of her photograph on the a local news channel. Escorted to jail, the woman finally admited she was the one Cassandra Henry, after giving several different names as her alias. The casino worker will receive a reward from Crime Stoppers of $1000 dollars. Now that's TWO looks that landed 1 thousand! What the world needs now is love...sweet love..and romance!
