THE POSITIVE OF MUSIC

Posted By: MIISRAEL Bride on April 18, 2009 I haven't been experiencing a lot of mood changes or mood swings, but I have been blogging about moods. Moods tend to be altered by the way we are feeling at the time. They they often effect our outlook of any given situations and have a bearing on others who surrounded by us. Everyone has moods, it's not just women going through menopause. Men are just as subjected to mood changes as well. When you're feeling a negative mood, and most of us know how to recognize one I am suggesting the positive effect of music. Music can expand your mood to ones that can be happy. Now, I'm not recommending music that tear down the house! However, you can determine what music you like that uplifts your mood. Try nice subtle music for relaxing if you're tense, strings and violins move my spirit to reverance so I listen to these often. Drums are great for listening and moving your feet a bit. Rapp music if you feel a little naughty, at least that's my perpective of rapp. There are many types of rapp and to each it's own. Jazz, blues tend to dull my senses of positiveness but everyone has their perpective of what music they enjoy. The positive of music is vast as persons and their moods. Keeping in positive moods, I'm sending YOU notes of beauty and prosperity of music! Who am I? This is because the things in our lives changes from moment to moment, but for me to get really down and remain there I must have not seen sunshine for a few days.If I do not see the sun for a while I seem to have no energy that get up and go spirit.
