Few Blacks had any financial savings to coution them from the full affect of the Depression. Blacks who had difficulty getting jobs in prosperous times had even more problems as competition for a dwindling number of jobs intensified." No we don't but it seems to be that way.. I am glad to see more people getting on board with starting more businesses. After 20, years of working for someone else, I have had enough.
