COURT WITH MARY WINKLER June 22, 2009 Memphis, TN Mary Winkler returns to court today in pursuit of the case of against her in-laws Dan and Diane Winkler who received a trust fund from a church congregation totatling over $20,000. Mary Winkler killed her pastor husband in 2006 in a case of physical and verbal abusive husband has served a short term in jail -- regained custody of her children back in 2007. She also gained fame when she appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show detailing of her abuse. Now she is suing the in-laws for spending the trust fund on themselves and not on the children. The court case began on Monday, June 22, 2009. Attorneys for Mary Winkler are trying to uncover where the details of the trust funds usage by the in-laws. In a statement from court Dan Winkler stated "It was not the children's money, it was the church's money." This court case is continuining. Interesting to see where that may be leading.... **UPDATE 06.29.2009: Since this story, the court sessions has ended with Mary Winkler receiving the remaining funding of $11,000. INVESTIGATION OF THE MERCEDES-BENZ June 24, 2009 Memphis, TN Shelby County Mayor Wharton insists that a full invesigation be taken by appointed attorneys to undercover his misuse of favors given in renewal of his wife's Mercedes-Benz. Recently cases of eight women were indicted for taking money in favor for passing vehicle inspections without the owners of the cars ever setting foot at the inspection stations. Mayor Wharton has insisted he will allow a complete invesigation to be held concerning his wife's car. He shows confidence that he'll be willing to address the situation only after the investigations are completed and refused to elaborate any details of involvement by himself or his spouse. UPDATE 07.08.2009: Since this story, investigations found no foul play regarding uncover favors given to the Shelby County Mayor or his wife registration of the Mercedes-Benz. CASE CLOSED! She's has the Mercedes-Benz ....and Jobs has been to, and left Memphis... INVESTING IN A TRANSPLANT June 24, 2009 Memphis, TN Apple's Computer Giant Steve Jobs has recently invested in having a liver transplant which once was suppose to be a secret location. Jobs needed a transplant severely due to his health condition. However, the investigations has undercovered his private investment was opened up that he conducted his surgery transplant right here in Memphis, TN. Details are still stirring up; but sources state that Jobs needed his transplant quickly as possible, and Tennessee has a waiting period for a transplant of his nature of only 48 hours. Presently, Jobs has left Memphis and is recovering well. It was not stated which hospital did the actual transplant surgery for Jobs. At least not at this time. Okay..COME CLEAN! Who's burning down houses? Next.... FIRE FIGHTERS INVESTGATES POSSIBLE ARSONS June 24, 2009 Memphis, TN Two early morning fires woke up neighbors this morning where flames lighted the early dawn. Around 5:00 a.m. firefighters were called to two house fires. Investigation still on-going but both fires have suspcious motives. Both houses are abandoned. One was totally consumed and the other partically, but facts indicate they are right across the street from each other. Invesigations in the fires lead to possible arsons. Let's come out of the fires and read this next story that led to an arrest.... ARRESTED OR SURRENDERED? June 23, 2009 Bolivar, TN After finding two bodies along side a road of a woman and a four year old- girl: --a massive manhunt was set out to find their assailant. Harvey Lewis was found yesterday walking along Hwy 32 in Bolivar County. News sources say that Harvey had a fight, or argument with his wife, drove over to her mother's home (his mother-in-law) and kidnapped her and his niece by gun point then shooting and killing them execution style and left their bodies on an abandon road. Officer Barry Smith who knows Lewis, said when he approached him; he (Lewis) simply threw up his hands and surrendered. He was then hand-cuffed and taken into custody. Much to often of a view seen there.....too much drama! Which leads these cases of (C.I.A.) to an closed and READ! My thanks for your C.I.A. Coming In AGAIN! In law drama is one of the worst kinds of drama. I hope the Winklers sort out their differences in a Christian manner. I can't believe you went with the Dragnet them. Now that's going back in the day!! (((Lol)))
