Hidden Crushes

Posted By: Keith Baldwin on July 24, 2005 Why would people keep crushes secret? Aren't we too old to be hiding feelings? If you feel a certain way about someone, let that person know in some kinda way that they get the picture instead of waiting til its too late. I had a couple of people that were like, "we've seen you around, but I didn't know if you'd talk to me","I wanted to talk to you but i thought u were seein someone then". Theres more but all I could tell them was its too late to begin anything when I'm beginning a new life. I'm leaving and they are doing there thing. Oh, does a female friend have a crush on you? Ooh. I think it's hard sometime to tella person you have a crush on them, especially if you're friends you don't want to risk breaking the friendship up. So it's hard to open up. I feel the same way you do, but it's easy for me to play devils advocate because I see it from both ends.

Most of the time its not about bein childish its just about not wanting to get your feelings hurt or some people are scared of rejection its easier for males anyway because most girls put up wit alot of stuff but dudes yall want your girl to be perfect. well that is how it was in highschool since i am entering into college I know it will be different.

I agree with Gabrielle becauseit is not about you being childish. It is very hard for me to approach someone and let them know that i am feeling them. I just think it is because of how much ocnfidence that you have in yourself and you wonder what the person is going to think about you. As you know, Females do not like REJECTION!!!!!
