We's taking on a quest and I pose' you need to wear hiking and outdoor clothes. .. Cassandra says her and chaps is goin on they quest.. but they is sending Cinammon wit us. Her lil' gul told her she didn't want to go... Look ya'll The trail leads over yonder to where we's smellin the gum..."I mean the foods cooking." Let's take a few steep steps over there where we's on the Richmond trail to.. SOUTH AFRICAN FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL - Grayhaven Winery Gum Spring, VA July.11.2009 6p- until... This is Gum Spring! and we's at the African Food and Wine Fest. Just in case ya'lls never been here befo' me neither, but that's the advantage of goin in "A Little Southern News" We gits to go lots of places. Anyhow, foks in Gum Spring will be celebratin South African culture, food, wine and music. It's they fourth annual fest. You can taste African wines; as well as Grayhaven's Winery own wines. No! Don't ya'll take too much wines now, we got to continue on our quest trail. Come on ya'll this quest just startin...Miss Gussie Maes is wondering if thar's any "monsters" lurking on this trail? "I don't thank so Miss Gussie Maes, but there.. look ahead thar, I see some brides and bridegrooms..." Frankie thanking she'll brang along some wines to celebrate the weddings... I had to tell her it's a images show of brides... Pull ya'll gear off a minute and watch dis... HERE COMES THE BRIDES.... 6TH ANNUAL ELEGANCE BRIDAL SHOW HOLIDAY INN SELECT KOGER CONFERENCE CENTER RICHMOND, VA July 12 1p-4p Couples will be lining up to get into the show. You gots to pay a lil' fee it's $10 at the door, and smart couples who gots they ticket early pays $7. There will be a fashion show of wedding attires, bridal magazines, food samples and prizes for the couples to win! If ya'll thanking about gettin married and if...ya'll was in Rich..man? .. the first 100 couples could get a free wedding band and 500 brides and grooms will receive Honeymoon T?.. Quick ya'll ! we done found some cooks who's tossing a showdown wit they foods and thangs!...They's thowin hot foods around.. SHOCKOE CHEF SHOWDOWN 17 Street Farmers Market 100 N. 17th Street Richmond, VA August.05.2009 5p until Pow-Wow! yo'selfs right on into the Shockoe Chef Showdown! Ya'll bout to see some chefs tossing that food round like lightening! See the hands moving the knives like sparkling blades on a lawn mower! Smeel the dishes cooking and grilling and the dishes clashing and clanking! If...ya'll was in Richmond ya'll could attend this event ab-SORE-lutely FREE! Thank you Jen, I took the photograph of the communion from my summer's porch. It's wonderful being a bride and it's so spiritually rewarding and beautiful.
