African Dance Class - All New Exercise Class Added Peace and Blessings Community, It's time to get up and move your body. If you are in the Houston , Texas area please come out and try a class or two. It's great exercise that will help you to release stress and help you to get in shape and stay in shape. It's time to heal, get healthy and feel true happiness with a stress free life style. This class will help you do all the above and more. Come out and groove to the rhythms of the African drums. (If you are in another city or state please join a class and move your body. The time is now!) Bring a friend that joins the class and win rewards. African Dance Classes offered by Laini Kuumba Ngoma Troupe Classes Taught By: Sistah Rfuaw Diarra, having over 25 years of professional performance experience, 18 yrs as a professional dance teaching, choreographer, costume designer and African Folk Artist. We look forward to you joining us for a wonderful energetic renewal session of dance and drumming. Peace and Many Blessing, Laini Kuumba Ngoma Troupe (Class Attire Loose Fitting Pants and T'Shirt or Lapa's (wrap skirts) and T'Shirts) What you need to bring with you: Water A Towel Some Energy Positive Spirit Good Attitiude Tuesdays and Thursdays Strictly Exercise Class This class is for those trying to loose weight and get in shape. This class is taught to recorded music. If you join this class it is reccomended that you take all 12 classes and join our walking team.
