Posted By: Jazmyn Roberts on July 25, 2005 Okay, I'm back. Sorry it took so long. Had to work and relax. Okay, where did I left off...I feel kinda nervous about going off to college. Maybe it's because I kinda don't know what to expect. I mean, I was up there for seven weeks last summer for a program, but I know it's nothing like now. I'm living in upper-classmen housing, so there's no curfew. I get to meet new people, and see others from the past. I don't really know what to expect. You know how people tell something about a place or a person or an experience, but when you find out about it (whatever it is!), it's totally different from what you heard? That's what I'm scared of. I don't know why, I just am. Is that normal?...I miss my baby. He makes me so happy and make me open up my eyes to reality (sounds kinda crazy, huh!). I'm gonna miss him like crazy when I leave cause I see him almost everyday (we work at the same place.), and I can't talk to him like I always do. I'll be okay...Speaking of working, I had to put in my 2-weeks notice last week, so my last day working for Wal-Mart will be Aug. 12 (sad face...I guess!). I had no choice; they wouldn't let me transfer or put in a leave of absence b/c I haven't been there for six months (which I think is bull...), so they're losing a nice cashier. Oh well, their loss..(not trying to sound concietied.) Well, that's all I can think of, so: Nighty night, Don't let the bedbugs bite!
