Primary functions include financing, risk analysis, credit approval, and order processing, billing and collections. Consideration will be given to eligible GE & XCS employees who submit an EMS and cover letter online through the Career Opportunity System (COS) that includes: -the Job Tracking # -the Job Title of the position you are applying for -your phone number -your current Manager?s name-your HR Manager?s name Qualifications: • Responsible for all aspects of internal control activities and • Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for specific processes, including audit planning, coordination, & risk assessments. • Facilitate communication of audit recommendations, evaluation of remediation plans, & testing for gap closure. • Coordinate with internal/external audit teams in executing their audit plans. Benefits: • Responsible for leading the business-wide internal control activities and for working with senior management to ensure internal control deficiencies are appropriately remediated. • Manage the internal controls field audit efforts for specific processes, ensuring timely execution of audit plans and compilation of results. • Administer all quarterly & annual corporate compliance requirements. • Provide assistance in developing corporate governance and control policies/procedures, ensuring compliance with operating agreements and other corporate directives. • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with operating management in assigned areas and functions. • Interact with XCS leadership team, Xerox corporate internal control and audit teams, Xerox' External Auditors, communicate the XCS testing results, and ensure XCS is in compliance with Xerox requirements.
