Is it wrong to want a older guy?

Posted By: ashley Ward on July 26, 2005 Okay check this out. I have a this guy for more so like a cousin who always felt the need to tell me that I shouldn't talk to guys older then me. I mean I 17 now but in Sept. will be 18. Ever since I could remember I picked older guys over younger guys it never seem to be a problem until a couple of months ago. It was like when I tried to avoid the older men it was hard to do. I mean is it wrong for the way I feel? I just never found a boy my age that at matur more so, one that didn't feel he was king and he could have whatever he wanted. I agree with Nichelle and with you....I think I have only found 1 guy who is the same age as myself that I have been able to relate with and he is my BEST FRIEND.....some guys in our age groups just dont seem like "relationship material" b/c I know in my case I remember them doing some stupid stuff back in the day and I cant even IMAGINE to see them as my boyfriend....Dont worry you might meet a guy in your peer group one day but as for now just see where time takes you...REMEMBER there is nothing wrong with an older dude. When I meet people, they are older guys. I don't have a preference, that's just how it happens. Its nothing worong with wanting to date an older guy, just know that you must be mature, and some older guys are as mature as their age. Be careful, whatever you do. I don't think its true that they teach you more, I think that we may tend to to learn about ourselves regardles the age of the guy.

mmm maturity is not synomous with age.. my wisdom did not come with age it came from experience.. knowledge n understanding.. these aspects of life,, have us baffled... pondering... fleckled.....left confused or just in thought of what has/have occured.. love is not an emotion... has nothing to with passion or romance... when will we realize these things... mmm apparently we haven't people say time change.. people change in time.. i am sure thousands of years ago.. issues n concerns of today were happening back then trust me.. hang in there// stop looking 4 love.. mmm understand what i typed Tuesday, July 26th 2005 at 7:19PM |
