Posted By: Janine Quarles on July 29, 2005 Hey Belles.....its ya girl comin' thru to drop a little note. I can't wait until school starts....15 more days. I'm soooo excited. I'm not that excited about the orientation, but I'll make it through. LOL. I know we'll have fun because we'll all be together. God, I can't wait. I'm having trouble figuring out what i'm going to do with my hair though.....I wanna get it done, and I know I will, but I don't know if I should braid it or just wear it down. I know we go to the beach on Saturday, and stuff, so I don't wanna have to deal with it lookin' a hot mess. But I know myself, I don't keep braids in long @ ALL! What are you guys doing? I'll figure it out. Also, are there any back to school jams/parties that happen within the first few weeks? Do we do anything outside of campus? Can anybody tell me how the first week of classes usually goes? Do they lay it on you, or do they take it easy? If anybody has the inside scoop, or if any Belles who've gone through this all ready could fill a sistah in....that would be good. And don't be afraid to post....I wanna hear from my sistahs too!
