How My Life Is Going So Far.....

Posted By: Amber DuBose on August 03, 2005 Hi. Well, to start off I am Amber and I am new on HBCUCONNECT. But, I am only 16 and have noticed that I have been through more than most adults. For instance, my ex-boyfriend already has a child. I was cool with that because he was being responsible and being a good father. When we broke up we talked to each other all the time. On my b-day my cousin called me and told me he was trying to talk to her. But I've been hearing two diffrent stories, the one she told me and the one that was saying she was trying to talk to him. But anyway, it ended up that they had sex. I was hurt beyond reason. I would cry everyday. He was my heart. Well, I never got over it but being stupid I started talking back to him again. It was never like the old times. But recently I found out that he has another girl pregnant. I havent been with him in a year but it still hurts so bad. I don't know how to handle it. dang girl. you REALLY need to leave him alone. don't go back to him, especially if you know what you're supjecting yourself to. altho you're only 16 you need to be the bigger person and get rid of him, it seems that he's already done the same to you(not tryin to be mean). Girl i tell ya, cousin are shyste(i kno that's not how you spell it LOL). but leave him alone fa real girl unless you like gettin hurt, and i hope you know. you can find somebody wayy better than him

On tha real, i can see where u comin from because love is a very strong emotion. I dont know if your just attached and you can't let go but if i was you i would get out of that relationship right away because things can always get worse. it might be too late one day and he'll end up hurting you more than he already has. believe me bcuz i can sorta relate to how u feelin even tho i havent been in this particular situation. Right now hes takin advantage of you just for the simple fact that he knows youll keep runnin back to him. Dont put your self thru any more hurt. You have your whole life ahead of you to meet someone who will treat you the way you deserve! why rush with someone who is treatin u like shyT? If you eva need sum1 to talk 2 holla @ me...I feel ur pain<3

well girl i can definetly understand how you feel. n*ggas are gonna be n*ggas, i had to learn it and you do too. he needs to grow up because it aint cute to have 50 kids from 1000 bm's ya know and you dont need someone like him. i am haivng problems in my relationship and i know its hard to let go of someone you really care about, but we gotta do it. you can die from stress and we need to live so we can show these n*ggas that they cant keep us down. keep ya head up and ya smile shining. leave it to God and erthing'll be alright. as far as ya cuzn forgive her because its the right thing to do but she need to grow up too. and if you are having s*xual relations with this dude PLEASE be careful because if he has 2 kids from 2BMs and he's freakin your cuz, u can only imagine how many different combinations of disease that can bring to you. listen to Tierra Marie song...i can relate to it 100% and i think u can too.
