Posted By: Vincent E Stokes II on August 03, 2005 I just got out of a relationship with a girl who I really cared for. We really enjoyed each other's company and we just really liked one another. We both go to the same church , and we are very involved in some of the same ministries their. Their is one problem, her mother doesn't like me. I don't know what I did to the offend the woman, but she has a passionate hate for me in her heart. I speak to her, and she doesn't speak back, she took my girls cellphone, so we couldn't talk, she even took the keyboard of the computer so we couldn't e-mail one another. I am a minister and she even tried to have me put out the pulpit. She fells my pastor should do something concerning me and my girls relationship but he has enough on his plate and he believes that we are meant to be together forever. The latest thing that happened is, someone was playing on their home phone and she believes it's me, but I'm not on that dumb stuff I have better things to do. So, she called the police on me and filed harassment charges against me, and now we have to go to court. The irony of the whole situauton is I don't know my girls home phone number, I always talked to her on her cellphone, and the police has the person on tape, and it's some kids. Lastly they called the woman's house at 3 in the morning and I be sleep at 3 in the morning. What's a brother to do?! I can't win for losing, and she has turned in-laws into out-laws. Woow! I feel you on your conflict becuz im sorta goin thru the same thing wit My Man and his mom. But the only diference is she dosent knoe to much of me or care for my man to have a girlfriend in the first place. She is craZy too just like the woman your talkin about so it seems. She even had my boyfriends house number changed so i couldnt call there anymore. FOR no apparent reason! Becuz i didnt do A thing to that woman. BUt i learned to just let her be becuz i dont think theres n e thing i can do to make her like me. I just leave her alone. All i can say to you is to let God handle your girl's Mom becuz certain people like that there is no solving to their problems so u shouldnt try to make her happy. She's obviously unhappy about many other things in her life on the inside. Dont try to figure her out. Just Pray that God will heal her from this hatred that she has. And dont hate her for hating you. Hope this helps.<3 moniE; )

Dude, that's deep but if you really have true feeling for her than destiny will overcome any tribulation. Patience is a virtue. so what you can but it is really overrated because you have to go to court. It has to be something there because I would be able to do it. I'm prayin for you.

Dont stress it, you seem like a nice young man and im sure you'll get out of it. I mean if its meant to be God will make it be, True love is something not to be played with and if thats what she had planned she's going to get blown away. Dont let it bother you.
