Posted By: Thomas Stone on August 04, 2005 YOU What do I want For a longtime All I wanted was You You The girl of my dreams The girl I long for The girl I need But day after day And night after night I have to deal with you Being outta my sight But yet I long for You You Who has set my soul free From its imprisoned cage And onto grace But yet my soul is trapped Not in a cage But in sadness For I do not have You You so beautiful You need to be by myside But yet your not If I had To climb the tallest mountain Swim the deepest sea Run the longest mile Just to get a glimpse Of you I would For you are perfection A mere reflection Of a soul divine But yet as seconds go by I still don't have You You Who should be by myside My princess My Queen For no man Has ever achieved Greatness Without his Ebony Dream For it is You You Who makes my heart beat And my lungs breath My feet walk And my eyes see The thought of you Is what wakes me up in the morning And puts me asleep At night Sleep Tossing and turning Dreaming and burning With the desire To be with You For a longtime All I wanted was You And if I had to wait a lifetime I would Cause a lifetime is nothing If I could spend an eternity With You Tell me if this is any good.
