Off to school...

Posted By: Crystal Jones on August 08, 2005 in a week im going to school and honestly my mixed feelings about it have turned totally. i really don't want to go anymore. i will feel so alone*teardrop* lol i need some LU friends holler at mee...well i will make friends when i get there but i like to be ahead of the game. cuz i will meet new people and thats cool, but i will still feel kind of awkward and alone until i build some stable relationships. change is always difficult, i know i will be okay but for now i'm feeling really hesitant about going...*sad face* If you enjoyed this article, Join HBCU CONNECT today for similar content and opportunities via email! |

Girl I know the feeling... I was just telling my guy the same thing... When I went for orientation it seemed like everyone applied and got accepted together. I just felt all lonely. But I know I can make friends but I am shy so it will take a while. But who knows it might turn out for the best.

girl i know the feelin as well.....i came down to state from jerzee all by myself my bestfriend ended up goin to FAMU...so i know that feelin and like u said u will make some friends..all of my friends are not even from alabama they are mostly from every other state but alabama but it does take some time gettin used to but keep ya head aiight ma ~1~
