Heard that: How Obama most recently addressed Michael Steele
|
Posted By: torin ellis on May 02, 2010 FEATURED Content Over the weekend, President Obama and a host of others attended the White House correspondents dinner in Washington, DC. The event, held at the Washington Hilton Hotel, boasted the attendance of around 3,000 guests to include former Secretary of State Colin Powell, Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn, GOP Chairman Michael Steele, comedian Chevy Chase, actor Alec Baldwin, comedian Bill Maher, and teen heartthrob, pop star Justin Bieber (reportedly out of Ushers camp). Although Jay Leno was the comedian of the night, it appears to have been the President garnering the most applause with many one liners pointed towards himself, his administration, the birthers, and of course the Republican party. Which led to the friendly jab the President lodged towards RNC leader Micahael Steele.
