Higher Banwidth = Higher Buzz

Posted By: torin ellis on May 08, 2010 FEATURED Content A professional twist to "sooner than later." Nowadays even the rookie is expected to bring leadership qualities to the team. Many organizations are forgoing the 30-day pass, preferring to identify those capable of hitting the door ramped up and ready. Personally my clients are very demanding and willing to pay more for those with "push play potential." Assuming you have basic leadership qualities, covet these three attributes if you are ready for the fast track: * Portrayal of an exceptionally smart tactician. People are drawn to those that execute delivery in a natural effortless way. The ending is everything and results are all that matter. Understand your efforts will often go ignored. Minimize the delay in providing solutions to your team or your customer. * Bandwidth and high-speed access will set you atop. Being available and able to generate cross directional attention drives others to create feelings about you that develop over time. Time builds trust. Trust increases your buzz. * Artistical encoding is about helping others process vision. Learn to speak with others about a compelling future that overshadows their past. Easy to do - 1) ask a question, 2) listen, and 3) ask another question. Repeat until you know their wants or the root of their pain. This brings breakthroughs! In business, you need to build your buzz with everyone – your colleagues, boss, direct reports, clients, customers and/or students, because you never know who might hold the next decision. The magnitude of this development is seen in scorching results, increased earnings, and rewarding responsibilities. This level of leadership gives YOUR word of mouth a tremendous advantage. - - - - - - - - - article submitted by Torin Ellis of Rip The Resume (riptheresume.com) an experienced human capital entrepreneur, career coach, recruiter and diversity marketing professional.
