In conjunction with the covert testing and use of directed energy weapons on targeted populations, the global elite now have the capability of using silent neuro-electromanetic signals to cull what they consider undesirables from the masses by wirelessly debilitating physical and mental functions. What can we do about these abuses? The most important response is to suspend your disbelief. This is not conspiracy theory. It is my aim to help raise public awareness about this technology, and the agenda supporting its use on civilian populations. Then collectively, we can exert public pressure on our elected officials to investigate and put an end to this electronic genocide.
