Posted By: torin ellis on June 07, 2010 It's important to note that hiring is beginning to pick up, but many of the positions are on a contractual basis. This is not all bad. The key to securing those roles depends on your knowing where to look and how to structure your conversation so that you are 1) selected for the opportunity and 2) given first nod should the position become permanent. Continue to stop by the career center to gather useful information on your job search and or desire to move up within your current organization.
