Up to 55 could be housed if we had funding to support them in their daily care. We are preparing grant material to seek funding from sources such as Department of veterans Affairs (www.dva.gov). I am a big history buff and very familiar The Battle of New Orleans. Do you know that Slaves were sold on the site that is now Alabama Power which is downtown near Bender's Shipyard?
