Phone That Blocks Calls Based On Users Stress Level

Posted By: Juan Davis on August 07, 2010 I was reading an article about "smart" devices being developed supposedly in order to make our lives easier. One so-called conceptual idea that was discussed in the article concerned a smart phone that would screen and block calls based on the phone determining that the user was too stressed to take the call. For some this concept would be a novel idea, however, I've had the experience of my cellphone being manipulated based on the so-called aura of my girlfriend. In other words, if she were angry with me for some reason, my phone wouldn't operate properly. Sounds far fetched doesn't it. Well, I actually experienced it, and sometimes my phone continued to give me problems even when she wasn't upset with me anymore. This is the reason that the article caught my attention in the first place. You might ask, "How would a cellphone be able to tell if a user was stressed or not?" The answer is simple and easily explained by one particular U.S. patent among a group of patents that some folks considered conspiracy theorists have labelled the technology of control. Patent 5,507,291 - Method and an Associated Apparatus for Remotely Determining Information as to a Person's Emotional State. These smart devices are described as at least a decade away, but this is a common ploy used by the establishment - claiming that technology that is already secretly in use as being years away from being operational.
