We have to realize that everybody is different and different isn't a bad thing. We have to learn to embrace people even though they are not like us. All in all we all want to be happy, successful, raise our kids right and live in a safe environment. It sounds good, but seems impossible.

We have to start by loving ourselves and our family unconditionally....We have to be proud of ourselves spiritually..if we can do that then we should have no problem being united...Open-mindedness would be good, like Monica said we are all different, we need to learn to embrace each other no matter how different the next person may be...

We have to realize that only we can help us and the only way to do that is to stand together. Seperate, we are powerless, but together are beyond powerful....that's what we need to have in our heads at every moment of the day. Instead of talkin' behind eachothers backs and pointing a finger at your fellow brother/sister, we need to reach out a helping hand.

Well, I agree with you all. I also believe that we must together, in order to win this race. There are really a lot of petty things between black women & black men. With women, it's how dark or how light her skin color is or whether the hair is kinki or relaxed, and then what class of people they fall in and so on & so on......and it's the same with the men. But the point is, that I'm black and no matter what, I must love my brothas & sistas, no matter what, in order to heal ourselves.
