Black College Websites?

Posted By: Bryon Hollman on August 31, 2005 What is the deal with HBCU websites? Why are they so poor and second rate? Especially when it comes to the sports pages where you are lucky if half the links work. Heaven forbid I might want to get up to date information. Don't they understand that the web is the easy Press? Don't they understand that nice pictures, nice graphics, and up to date informaion actually do mean something? For so many websites are the first impression you'll get to a school. There is no excuse to have a webpage that hasn't changed in over a year. Amen Bro! I commend you on your boldness and courage to tell the truth. I hate it how areas where I try to get into here at times are blocked with this popup of a car add. Do you or others have to deal with the same thing? I emailed this site to report the problem and how a young lady posted a comment in one of my blogs. I had accidentally posted a comment twice and tried to delete one of my comments. Her reply was deleted. I told the site about it because I did not want to seem like a nut and commenting to my own blogs. Never got an answer back. Anyway, keep up the good work Bro. That is a gift and never let the negative take that away from you, the positive will appreciate you, no matter how small the numbers may seem sometime.
