Duff & Phelps, a leading independent financial advisory and investment banking firm, is now accepting registrations for the Duff & Phelps YOUniversity Deal Challenge 2011. This new title marks an expansion and evolution of our national valuation case study competition in which 135 students participated last year. The 2011 program tests a broader range of skills, including mergers and acquisitions advisory, transaction opinions, dispute consulting and valuation advisory. By working with team members to solve problems presented in a complex fact pattern, you'll apply technical reasoning and critical thinking throughout key stages of the deal-making process. In the end, you'll have a unique perspective on how a deal comes together-from start to finish. YOU could also walk away with thousands of dollars in scholarship funds and a trip to New York!
